Селеста bursts into Deadlock

The fifth heroine of the update has arrived in Deadlock — Dazzling Селеста

The Deadlock development team continues to introduce players to new faces. Today, Селеста (Celeste) has been officially added to the game — the fifth hero in the «Старые боги, новая кровь» series.

According to the available information, Селеста is the brightest star of Coney Island, performing in Manhattan with a dazzling show. Her combat style resembles a theatrical performance: she hovers above the ground, dances in the air, and rains down lighting effects on her enemies that conceal deadly strikes.

Селеста's ability kit:

Light Eater (Пожиратель света) — Селеста emits a cone of light in front of her. Affected enemies take additional spirit damage from her attacks, and the heroine herself restores health through spirit vampirism.

Dazzling Trick (Ослепительный трюк) — the heroine shrouds herself in a prismatic barrier that increases movement speed. If the barrier is destroyed, it explodes, dealing damage and applying silence to nearby enemies. The strength of the effect depends on the shield's durability.

Radiant Daggers (Сияющие кинжалы) — Селеста calls down a beam of light from the heavens. After a short delay, it explodes, dealing spirit damage to all targets in the area. Each hit on an enemy hero grants Селеста a stacking bonus to spirit damage.

Shining Wonder (Сияющее чудо) — her ultimate ability. Селеста launches a deadly sphere of light that, on hit, deals spirit damage, slows the target, and reduces its dash range. The sphere then bounces to the nearest enemy within range. If there are no targets, it hangs in the air, continuing to search. Enemy heroes are prioritized. If it misses, the ability partially refunds its cooldown.

As a reminder, within the «Старые боги, новая кровь» update the developers announced six new heroes. Селеста became the fifth. One unknown character remains — Аполлон.
